The second item, is a technical book I wrote and been published last year. The target reader are mostly high school students who wants to advance on programing. My co-author and publisher is iBook Publishing Inc.Company. iBook Publishing, Inc. is one of the fastest growing providers of instructional technology courseware for the private education sector in the Philippines.
I wrote two books, the other one is Web Fundamentals, but Visual Basic is the one I like the most.

Third, is the new Lenovo X230 ThinkPad laptop I've purchased this year. Since I have a new work and my new company provide me a laptop I think I don't need this anymore.
Lastly, I wanted to sell our 6-feet Christmas tree. I've only bought this last November 2013. I wanted a new theme this year. Instead of the traditional green theme, I've been planning to buy a white Christmas tree for a more snowy and cold Christmas feels. I'll give all the items in the Christmas tree decorations for free.

It's time to let go and say goodbye to some of my old belongings.
The first one is a jade bangle, this comes from my father.
He gave it to me last summer and since I have a small wrist it only brings me
discomfort whenever I'm wearing it. So, I'm giving everyone a chance to buy this. I will use the earnings to buy a new silver bracelet. My father creates jewelry and sells it. Most of the time, we accept made to order.
